MyTourPal guarantees that every hotel reservation made through www.MyTourPal.com/lastMinuteReservation has the lowest rate publicly available on the Internet.

If you find a rate lower than the best available MyTourPal Internet rate on another web site for the same hotel/accommodation, on the same dates and advise us within 24 hours of booking your room(s) with us, we will honour that rate for the night(s) for which the lower rate was found and refund you the difference.

We guarantee that you get the lowest rates on MyTourPal. To claim this guarantee, you must send an email to our Travel Reservation centre and include the following details:
  • Your booking ID with MyTourPal (as shown on your Booking Confirmation Email)
  • The website where you found the cheaper rate(s)
  • The rate(s) provided by that website
Refund is subjected to Lowest Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions


  • The lower rate must be for the same hotel, same room type, same package and inclusions, on the same date(s), for the same number of guests and available for booking from another website that provides distressed hotel inventory for reservation.
  • MyTourPal must be contacted about the lower rate within 24 hours of booking.
  • You must have a confirmed booking from MyTourPal.
  • Guarantee does not apply to special events such as New Year's Eve and other major city-specific events and festivals.
  • Guarantee does not include web sites or rates where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made.
  • Guarantee does not include web sites or rates that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components, such as: air fare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental, hotel stay + restaurant voucher, or similar packages.
  • Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations or travel agencies; only publicly available rates apply.

    One of our Customer Service representatives will email or call you with confirmation on the new rate within 1 business day.
  3. How will I receive my refund?
    We will make the refund directly to the credit card provided at the time of your booking. The refund will usually appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days.
