Description |
Tijcal I Hostal Madrid is probably the hostel with the best location in Madrid. It is located 20 meters from Plaza Mayor and in the pedestrian area around it. This is one of the most emblematic squares around the world. While cars cannot be driven in this here, there are parking facilities under Plaza Mayor. Just 2 blocks away from the hostel is Puerta del Sol (a famous shopping area in Madrid), while Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral is 5 blocks away.
The interior of Tijcal I Hostal Madrid has been renovated recently. The rooms are now fully equipped with television, telephone, safe deposit box (1.5 € per day), central heating and air conditioning (extra 5 € per day).
The hostel staff offers guests personalized services and is capable of communicating in a number of major different languages. Laundry services and postal services are available on request. Breakfast can also be served in the rooms at an extra charge of 3 euros. Front desk are open 24 hours at day.

Getting there |
To go from the airport to our hostal you can do it by taxi if you want, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes & it costs around 20 euros.
By Metro: Sol Station (Lines 1, 2 & 3).
If you have car, you have a parking just 20 meters from here, ask to our front-desk for more information. Lot of buses arriving to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor etc . Also Turistic buses.
