Getting there |
The quickest way to get to the apartment is in a taxi. Prices are very reasonable, and if there are three or more in your party, it’s definitely the most economical. The usual cost is between 20 and 25 Euros and the journey takes about 15 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Another option is to catch the Airport Bus (blue bus). The bus takes you to “Plaça Catalunya”, the city’s main square.
From there you just need to walk down “Las Ramblas” until you see “Pans and Company” , the first street on your right. This is the corner of “Calle Tallers”. Turn into the street and look for number 28.
If you arrive at Girona airport take the bus that brings you to Barcelona "Paseo de Sant Joan", from there you can take the metro to "Plaça Catalunya". Once you arrive to the Ramblas follow the instructions above. |

| Check in procedure | Call us when arriving to Barcelona (+34 636604608) and we will go to the apartment to meet you only when you call (there is no reception desk).
Outstanding balance of the reservation will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given.
We are flexible with your c/in and c/out times. Only arrivals after 9 pm or before 9 am have an additional fee of 30 Euros.
A deposit of 150 Euros against damage is taken along with the rest of the payment and will be refunded |

The living room has a sofa, a table and chairs for dining, a balcony looking out into the street, a TV and music system and also air-conditioning. The brand new kitchen has full crockery and cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafetera, teapot, toaster,etc.
The bathroom has all new installations, with a large shower tray and shower, toilet, sink , vanity mirror and hairdryer. The apartment also has washing machine, iron and ironing board, and fresh linen and towels.

The apartment has one balcony and one window facing the street. As you enter in the apartment you find the fullyequiped kitchen, with a table an chairs for dinning, all open as a loft area, except the bathrom that has the unique door. There is one open bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people.
Apartment located in a quiet and pedestrian street. Very close to the Picasso Museum anb the Sta Maria del Mar Gotic church.
El Born district is, at the moment, where all the Barcelonians would wish to live. Full of nice cafes with terraces to sit ouside, fashion shops and art galeries.
