San Cassiano Ca' Favretto Hotel Venice is the first hotel in Venice to be named Residenza d'Epoca from the special government commission of Fine Arts. This important grading recognized the historical and artistic values of the property. In particular, this was the house and studio of Giacomo Favretto, the last XIX century Venetian painter.
The hotel has been completely and carefully restored. The restoration work maintains the peculiarities of this ancient Venetian palace while introducing modern comforts to its guests.
