Description |
Raval Apartment Barcelona is located in the Raval Area. This is on the left side of Las Ramblas in the Gothic Quarter. The apartment is 10 minute walking distance to Ramblas and is very close to some of the most emblematic places in Barcelona such as the Montjuic Mountain, the Gaudi Houses, the museums, the port and the beaches.
The apartment caters up to a capacity of 7 people. It has 2 double rooms, 1 single room and a sofa bed in the living room. The living room is equipped with the sofa, table, chairs and television.
Please note that all booking with have an additional 30 euro dollar for cleaning fee.

Getting there |
-By Metro L2 St. Antoni or Paral.lel Stops
-From the airport by taxi (around 25 Euro) or by bus (Plaza España Stop and then by metro)
-by car, Ronda litoral exit 21 - "Paral.lel", once in paral.lel street turn on the right Ronda St. Pau street.

We don't have a reception, please call us to fix appointment in the studio, check-ins after 21:00h + 20 Euro of suplement. The total rent has to be paid to receive the keys and ONLY CASH will be accepted. We ask for a deposit fee of 150 Euro in order to cover incidental damages (returnable at the end of the stay) or a credit card number. (all bookings will have additional 30 euro for cleaning fee)
