We have 25 apartments that have full kitchen facilities, spacious loung and living areas, air conditioning, digital sky tv, high speed internet, washing machines and dryers. Most apartments have spa baths and have a great north facing river view. We have Oasis Restaurant and bar on the ground floor, which provides fine cusine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. |

Superbly located in the city central area, we are 2 blocks from the Town Hall, Convention centre, Catherdral Square, Casino, Art Centre and the Theatre Royal. |

Open car parking is included in the rate, otherwise basement carparking is available at $10.00 per night. |

Children under 12 stay free if using existing bedding in the apartment, or if over 12 or need a extra bed it's an additional $30.00 |
