Poenamo Village Hotel Auckland is found just off the Northern Motorway in Auckland's idyllic North Shore. It is only a 10 minutes short drive from the City Centre, just right next to the Takapuna Golf course and close to Takapuna beach. Poenamo Village Hotel Auckland underwent an extensive renovation project under its new owner in November 2004. It has 31 modern and comfortable guestrooms. These rooms can sleep 2-4 people and are all non smoking. Each room has Sky TV (Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky Movies 1 & 2, Sky News), tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, attached bath/shower, fax/modem telephone line and heater.
This hotel offers a British style restaurant ‘Fools and Horses’, an Irish pub ‘Craic Shack’ and a Sports Bar ‘Pats Garage’. Getting there |
From the airport take the Northern Motorway 1, continue this road until you’re over the Harbour Bridge, take the 4th exit ‘Northcote Road’, turn left and the hotel is the first building on your right hand side.
If you come from direction Whangarei, take the Southern Motorway 1, take the Northcote Road exit, turn right, drive over the motorway, and you will find the hotel on your right hand side.
