CASH BOND PAYMENTS: If you plan to use cash as an option for security / bond deposit, please note this can only be done with official and valid photo identification, in the same name as the original booking name. The cash bond will only be refunded when apartment has been inspected by the hotel manager (please be aware this may delay departure) during front desk operational times. The property requires the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival. |

| Check in procedure | Check in time is between 1400 and 1900 hours (2pm - 7pm) with reception. For arrivals after 7pm report to security guard on duty.
**A bond will be required upon check-in of AUD 200.00 for Studio and One Bedroom Apartments and AUD 500.00 for Two and Three Bedroom Apartments, which will be refunded upon departure.**
