MEININGER Hotel Berlin Meininger Strasse(Straße) is the former Studentenhotel Berlin which offers well maintained, good, clean and affordable lodging on a quiet side street right in the heart of the Berlin, next to Rathaus (City Hall) Schöneberg. This hostel welcomes all visitors with its relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere. It provides good public transportation connections for guests to explore the city. There are several buses, subways and City Rail lines are close by that connects to scenic attractions such as the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Square, Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin Mitte, Alexander Square, Ku’damm, the Fair Grounds, or the Berlin Zoo in about 15 minutes.
Around the corner, there is Schöneberg Scene (Schöneberger Kiez) that is filled with cafés, bars, pubs, clubs, trendy spots, the flea and weekly markets, lots of small parks and many reasonably priced restaurants with international cuisines.
