The building has a lift to all levels and a sunny terrace that is overlooking Plaza Real.
This single unit apartment has been refurbished with style and quality. The original wood beams and historic walls of the building had been nicely preserved. The apartment has separate spaces for relaxing and dining. It can accommodate up to 3 people and has a double bed and 1 single sofa bed. The apartment comes has a bathroom with shower. It also has a kitchen with microwave oven/grill, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery are provided in the apartment. Other facilities include air conditioning, heating, color television, dvd player, radio and cd player.
