Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel Barcelona is a luxurious 5 stars hotel set in heart of Barcelona. It is located in the World Trade Center leisure and business complex which is right in the middle of Port Vell and is very close to the famous Ramblas Boulevard and the Maremagnum shopping and entertainment center. Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel Barcelona is an ideal starting point to visit La Sagrada Familia Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalunya, Columbus Monument, Tibidabo Hill, the Royal Yacht Club and Passeig de Gràcia. It is a just a few minutes drive from airport or Sants Central Train Station.
The hotel is built in spring 2002 with 235 double rooms, 37 suites and a spectacular presidential suite over 8 floors. The presidential suite on the top floor has a private terrace with a view of beautiful Barcelona. All rooms are spacious (areas between 30 sq m and 44 sq m), with views overlooking the sea and equipped with the latest technological innovations that offer the highest level of comfort. They are elegantly design with relaxing colors, rich wood furnishings and fabulous fabrics. Each room has a bathroom with water massage bathtub, the suites and superior rooms have additional separate shower cubicles.
In each room, guests will be able to find individual air conditioning/heating, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safe deposit box, mini-bar, desk, analog and digital Internet connection, welcome gifts and hairdryer. Some rooms even have private terraces.
Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel Barcelona has a total area of 200,000 square feet with a large open air plaza occupying the western side of World Trade Center complex. Shaped like the bridge of a large ship, the hotel has numerous offices, a VIP Club and various cafés and restaurants. There is a gym with sauna, Jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pool, hairdressing salon and massage parlor. There are also 4 meeting halls with a capacity of upto 800 people.
The hotel proudly holds a good collection of contemporary art. An impressive work by painter Lluís Lleó, an exclusive sculpture by Josep M. Subirachs, a 2 x 6 metre oil painting by Catalan artist Albert Ràfols Casamada, and ten photographs by Xavier Miserachs are of special mention. |
