Description |
The Duke's Apartments provide luxury self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in central Perth, a budget 1 bedroom apartment in Maylands and a holiday house in Ocean Reef, on the Sunset Coast. The apartments are located in resort style complexes, most with pool, spa, sauna and gym.
The Duchess Suite is located in a hotel style complex, with a rooftop, heated swimming pool, gym and parking for 1 car. Note, this apartment does not have a balcony, spa, or sauna.
The Empire Suite and the Viscount Suite are located in resort style complexes with pool, spa, sauna and gym. They both have balconies overlooking the pools, and parking for 1 car.
The Czarina Suite is part of our budget range, offering clean and comfortable accommodation just outside of the City Centre, in the residential area of colourful, cosmopolitan Maylands. No air-conditioning in this apartment.
Trafalgar Retreat, Nelson Lodge, and Bermuda Suite, are located in the beachside suburn of Ocean Reef, close to the beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour. The terraced garden contains a salt water pool.

Free undercover, secure, parking is provided for 1 car in all apartments and at the Trafalgar Retreat and Nelson Lodge. The Czarina Suite has secure, open air, parking for 1 car. |

Children are welcome, in all apartments except the Czarina Suite. A cot and highchair are provided at no extra cost. |
| Check in procedure | The key will be left in a locked box at the apartment. After booking you must contact us, as soon as possible, to finalise payment and for details on how to pick up the key and the PIN for the locked box. No refund on cancellation. A fully refundable bond is required to cover any additional costs. This will be refunded within 24 hours of departure minus costs.

| Czarina Apartment - 1 bedroom budget-Maylands | The Czarina Suite is part of our budget range of self-catering apartments, located in a budget residential apartment complex in colourful, cosmopolitan Maylands, bordering the trendy restaurant strip of Inglewood. Address is 36 Tenth Avenue. Free parking for 1 car. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk to the Maylands train station where trains pass every few minutes for the 10 minute hop into central Perth, or 5 minutes to the Mount Lawley station.
The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a swimming pool, bar-b-que and tennis courts.
Sorry no air-conditioning and no phone. |

The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with lagoon style pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bbq in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge. . The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in one room, and a double with single bunk in the 3rd, other providing generous accommodation for 7 adults. We can put up a cot, if required. All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.
The bathroom incorporates its own mini-laundry complete with a washing machine.
Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are provided.
The lounge and dining accommodation overlook a large balcony which looks down over the pool and garden area. |
