In ongoing efforts to improve hotel facilities, we will have renovation construction at vending machine section from 7th May 2009 for 10days, and also have renovation for some guest rooms from 29 May to 9 July 2009 in the day time.
This may make noise and you will see some workers walking in the aisle.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and thank you very much for your understanding in advance.
Located at central of Osaka, "Minami" down town(shinsaibashi,namba), Easy access from Kansai international airport(kix)
3min's walk to 2 subway stations and kintetu railway,
5min's walk to JR station and Airport bus ternimal"OCAT",
10min's walk to Nankai Railway.
20 min's to Osakajo(Japanese castle) and kaiyukan aquarium by train,
30min's to Universtal studio by train.
Day trip to Kyoto Kobe and Nara is possible.

| Check in procedure | Check in time from 15:00 – and check out time is 11:00.
Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, as a non-resident foreign guest, present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality.
Luggage can be stored at reception if the guest arrives before room is ready.
