This absolutely charming one bedroom apartment on Petritxol Street is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter in a beautifully renovated (2003) but quite authentic building from the 18th century.
On the 4th floor with elevator access, this apartment can fit four comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a washing machine. The bathroom has a full shower.
For your cosy sleeping arrangements there is one double bedroom and a large living area with a sofa bed. The dining room is spacious and lovely and you will love the natural light that filters through the large windows of this flat.
The view is of one of Barcelona’s most emblematic and beautiful streets. Just a few meters away, for those with a sweet tooth, is the finest chocolate shop in the city, Xocoa, (which belongs to the owner of this flat). |

Getting there |
Take the train or Aerobús into Plaza Catalunya and walk down the Ramblas turning left on to Calle Portaferrissa. Calle Petrixol is the first street on the right!

| Check in procedure | Guests have to contact the office of Visit Barcelona 24 hours prior to arrival, to organize the check in at the apartment. Check ins are made from 15:00 onwards. We will try to accommodate the client earlier if possible. (luggage drop off is available at the office)
PLEASE NOTE: For check ins after 18:00 hours there is a fee of EURO 20, and for those arriving after 01.00 (AM) there is a fee of EURO 35, which is payable upon check-in.
