By taxi, the taxi stand is in front of the airport. You can take a private taxi or a shared taxi which can be booked untill 1day in advance via www.schiphol.nl
By train 10 min., Schiphol station is situated below the airport. Take any train which has destination Amsterdam Central Station. From there you can take a taxi (approx. 5 min) or you can walk to the hotel (approx. 10 min).
It is possible to rent a car at Schiphol Plaza.
