VILLAS BARROCAL
Villas Barrocal, inaugurated in 2003, are a group of 20 villas (V3) and 20 apartments (T1 and T2). Having in mind the needs of families and groups of friends, Villas Barrocal are located in a quiet and perfect place for those who appreciate tranquillity and peace. However, for those who appreciate the night life entertainment, Albufeira and Portimão are only a few minutes away
The complex is located on the outskirts of the old village of Pêra, with sightseeings through the long sandy beach from Armação de Pêra to Praia de Galé. The Salgados golf course is only five minutes away.
The 40 accommodation units are traditionally furnished, with air-conditioned, satellite TV, phone and safes. Kitchens are equipped with microwave and toasters. Each townhouse has an individual carport, a small private garden area and terrace for outside barbecue dinning.
Facilities at Villas Barrocal include a reception providing all needed services, a large fenced swimming pool with a snack bar and a separate tennis court.

- A22 to Albufeira / Portimão (Motorway)
- Pass Albufeira
- And turn when you see PERA / ALGOZ
- Turn to PERA
- Keep going until the end of that road and you will be near the EN 125, you have to cross the EN125 and go strait-on to PERA
- Now you are in PERA, you go strait-on until the end of the street and you will see the post office, the bank, and the pharmacy in the right. When you are at the end of the street you turn to the left and keep going until you see some stores and a SNACK-BAR, turn to the right again and the reception is about 100 meters from the SNACK-BAR on your right side.
