Aranea Hotel Barcelona is a new modern hotel opened in 2003. Located in the “Eixample” district, the hotel lies in between Consell de Cent and Napols streets. This is near Diagonal Avenue (the main motorway in Barcelona) and only two blocks from Sagrada Familia, the famous Cathedral designed by Gaudi. The hotel is well connected to the rest of Barcelona by public transportations (buses and metro – Tetuan station). It is only a 15 minutes walk to the famous Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. This privileged location makes the hotel a wonderful choice for leisure travelers as visiting the nearby tourist spots are very easy.
Aranea Hotel Barcelona has very a modern design which makes use of large windows with double glass to bring a lot of natural lighting to both the bedrooms and the bathrooms. There are 84 rooms in this hotel. All rooms have wooden floor and soft modern decoration to make them very cozy. Each is very well equipped with customized temperature (air conditioning and heating all the year), mini-bar, twin or queen size beds, a free safety box in the closet, a last generation interactive TV with international channels, pay-per-view movies and play station on request.
Each room in Aranea Hotel Barcelona has a private full bathroom equipped with hairdryer and complete range of toiletries (gel, shaver, body milk, shampoo and etc.).
Aranea Hotel Barcelona provide guests with free access to computers with Internet access, 24 hours business center ("Espai Apsis") with sofas and newspapers. Every morning, there buffet breakfast are varied constantly. There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel too.
Getting to Aranea Hotel Barcelona from El Prat International Airport is easy. Guests can choose:
1)Taxi – this cost around 20-25 euros and takes only about 25 minutes.
2)Bus and metro – take the Aero Bus to Plaza Catalunya and then take metro up to Tetuan station.
3)Train and metro – take the train from the airport to Plaza Catalunya. Then used the meter to get to Tetuan station. |
