Apsis Atrium Palace Hotel Barcelona is a boutique hotel newly opened in 2003. The hotel occupies a typical 19 century Barcelonian bourgeois mansion and has a new unique approach to provide comfortable lodgings for travelers. It brings together modern technologies, boutique decorations and a guest-oriented policy so that guests can experience a wonderful time while visiting Barcelona.
Apsis Atrium Palace Hotel Barcelona is located in the heart of Barcelona. It is only 400m away from Plaza Catalunya, 150m away from Passeig de Gracia and 450m from La Rambla (a lively street in Barcelona with mime artists, street entertainers, shop and café). The hotel is nested in the midst of all shopping activities of Barcelona and is well connected to the rest of Barcelona through the main motorway Gran Via.
The interior of the hotel is modernly designed and contrasts beautifully with the classical building it occupies. There are lots of wooden floors, stucco work, marble bathrooms and natural lighting. There are 71 rooms. Each has in built iron and board, mini-bar with some free drinks, 2 telephones with voice mail, interactive television with 22 channels and web television, vanity in the bedroom with bathrobe and slippers, free wireless internet and a deluxe bathroom.

DRIVING: Gran via crosses the city all along downtown. Just take it at any point and drive to number 656.
METRO: Nearest metro station"Passeig de Gràcia" -150 m. or "Catalunya" (who needs metro? everything is around!)
HOW TO GET FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
· By taxi (about 25 euros). Direct access along Gran Via.
· By bus or train (3,50 euros per person). The "Aerobus" stops in Plaça Catalunya, 400 meters from the hotel.
