Alila Ubud Hotel Bali is a tranquil and secluded hillside retreat that is located on top of the edge of the rich green Ayung River valley in Bali’s central foothills. This location is only minutes from Ubud which is Bali’s cultural central.
The hotel blends contemporary design with traditional Balinese architecture. There are secluded courtyards, spacious terraces and private gardens which together create an intimate feeling like none other. It is also the original birthplace of renowned Mandara Spas.
Alila Ubud Hotel Bali offers 56 deluxe guestrooms that are housed in 14 two-storey blocks. The blocks are placed strategically to resemble a Balinese village. Each room has panoramic views of the magical Ayung River and the surrounding volcanoes.
There is a brasserie-open style restaurant which is housed in cabana with towering coconut pillars and a traditional thatched roof. This restaurant serves Asian specialties and overlooks a dramatic emerald-green pool.
Alila Ubud Hotel Bali also presents an emerald-green swimming pool (perched on a terrace and appears to float above the plunging Ayung River valley) as well as The Spa Pavilion and Suites (which feature open-air treatment areas and bathrooms with waterfall showers). |
