Description |
Al Sole Hotel Venice’s location is in the heart of historic Venice facing the Tolentini Canal. This is a first class hotel housed in a charming 15th century palace. It was constructed by and still belongs to and run by the Marcello, a famous Venetian family.
The fully air conditioned property has a marvelous courtyard garden and a late gothic atmosphere. There are on going restoration projects to preserve this unique setting of an ancient palace. |

Located 3 minutes walking distance from Piazzale Roma car and bus parking.
5 minutes from the railway station.
30 minutes from the airport.
Arrival by plane : From the airport : you have either direct busses (coloured in blu or orange) or taxis that take you to Piazzale Roma. It takes about 20 minutes. You may also take a private watertaxi that will drop you off in front of the hotel (approx. cost: 80 Euros per trip).
Arrival by train : From the railway station, you are just 5 minutes walking distance, crossing the Grand canal over Ponte Dei Scalzi. |
