I checked in to Grand Plaza Parkroyal KL with my family for a getaway in Malaysia. The first impression of the hotel was it was grand and we loved the room that came with a spacious king-size bed. Although the check in time for the hotel was 3pm, the hotel staff was able to arrange a room for us when we reached the hotel at 9am. The only minus point was that the room allocated to us had an adjoining room which we felt there was less privacy. The hotel was conveniently located along the famous Bintang shopping area and transportation was easy. The overall experience staying with Grand Plaza Parkroyal KL was good and I look forward to staying with the hotel again should I visit Malaysia.
