Great hotel with reasonable rates. Location is good base to tour London. Staffs are friendly and sympathetic. Room is rather small but comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Hotel charges for small staff like breakfast (sometimes not included in rates), luggage parking etc. which I felt it's better to do away to value add.
