Some room can be very noisy as they face the streets, from 8pm to morning, impossible to have a peaceful sleep! However, their courtyard room is nice and much quieter. Room is small but very clean and modern. Location is a good base for start exploring Paris, close to Notre Dame and metro and amenities. Some staffs speak enough English while some are poor. Suitable for budget travel.
