The staffs need some improvement, they are not warm and friendly, just robots going around performing their job duties but I must say they are polite and efficient. The hotel is on a great location, room is clean and comfortable although slightly small. Great facilities like swimming pool and sauna. The hotel food is fine but there are too many choices in the vicinity. Hotel rate is reasonable. Well.. slightly better than average hotel, not really a bargain, not bad either.
