The hotel is very popular with tourist travels in groups hence it's a busy hotel. Nevertheless, we experience good and consistent service from most staffs. Buffet breakfast was very good, excellent to start the day. The location is unbeatable, just a block from Sky Tower. The room is clean and comfy. I will definitely stay here again.
