Before I book a Amsterdam hotel, I have read many reviews that the typical Amsterdam house style has very steep stairs. I couldn't imagine until I finally experience one... right in this hotel, it's very difficult to manage and the hotel has no lift.The room is clean and basic, also very small.. there's no ensuite bath room on the one I booked but I knew if I pay more, I can get a bigger and nicer room, well too bad I was on budget.If you booked through the Internet, I recommend that you call the hotel to confirm that they have your booking. I have experienced situation whereby upon arrival, the hotel said there's no records of my booking.
