I find that the hotel is not worth 4 stars, probably 3 stars because: 1. I expect coffee/tea making facilities in room but there isn't. 2. The staff was ignorant, probably just happened that I encountered one staff when I made some enquiries about how to get to my office. The rest of the staffs are friendly and helpful. 3. I also find that the hotel is expensive as compared to other hotels in Berlin.
