The villa is slightly run-down. The location is about 30 minutes to Ubud, meaning you either have to spend alot of time in the hotel (which I feel there're not enough facilities, can't stand the tiny pool!!) or keep traveling out to Ubud/other areas. Travel out to other places and only come back in the evening to sleep. That's the best advice I can give.
