The staffs are friendly, helpful and speaks english, this is our 3rd stay here. The buffet breakfast is delicious though slightly pricey at EUR$14(there's cheaper breakfast available in cafes around the hotel). As it's on the west side of Berlin city, location is not particularly close to centre of Berlin and the transportation options are quite limited. Also, the cheap stuff is located in the east side where Alexendar Platz and Hekescher Market are.
