| FAO-Faro International Airport | - | FAO-Faro International Airport-37 mi NW Leave Faro Airport and follow the blue motorway signs for the A22- the route follows the EN 125 for a few miles before the A22 motorway starts- On reaching the A22 the first signs to follow are for Lisboa-Albufeira-Portimao- Continue on this A22 motorway following the signs for Portimao- Leave the A22 motorway at the exit for Portimao-Monchique- Follow signs for Portimao- You will pass the hospital on the way to a roundabout where you must drive straight ahead- Stay in the left hand lane to take the underpass then follow the road through the lights and round a sharp left hand bend and turn right onto the V6 dual carriageway at the top- Continue along the dual carriageway passing a BP petrol station on the right and Modelo Shopping Centre on your left - The third roundabout has a fountain and you must make a right turn onto the V3 - another dual carriageway- eventually passing the President Hotel on the left- After a few meters you will see Jardim do Vau on the left but because of the dual carriageway you have to drive past the resort to the next roundabout and return on the opposite carriageway to gain access to the complex via a downhill slip road to the right. |
