The Divi Flamingo overlooks the turquoise Caribbean Sea, and is surrounded by 50 dive sites, all within a 15-minute boat ride. The property features a PADI five-star dive operation offering excursions and lessons for all levels, plus gear storage and rentals. On the grounds are two swimming pools, casino (the world's first barefoot casino), Touch day spa, and two retail stores. Other hotel offerings include a kids clinic, car rentals, and a wide range of excursions ranging from kayaking and sightseeing to biking and yachting.
Two restaurants and three bars are located on the property, including the Calabas Restaurant/Bar, which serves American cuisine and seafood in an open-air, oceanview setting. Meal plans are available. Additional guest services include Wi-Fi and free Internet access throughout the property, luggage storage, laundry, dry cleaning, babysitting, and parking.
Situated on the Caribbean island of Bonaire, The Divi Flamingo is only three minutes from the capital city of Kralendijk, two minutes from the airport, and a step away from the Calabas Beach and the tanning docks. The dive docks at the hotel's beach extend out almost 30 yards to the reef.
