Casa Marina Beach and Reef is an all inclusive resort built on a private reef with an ivory-sand beach - The resort is located in the lively town of Sosua - 15 minutes away from Puerto Plata International Gregorio Luperon Airport - POP - This family-friendly resort features 678 superior air-conditioned guestrooms which have balconies or patios with garden - pool - or ocean views - The resort has two sides- the beach side fronted by a large - calm-water beach and the reef side fronted by an old - cliff-like coral reef - into which were built sunning terraces and three - 12-person cool-water spas overlooking the sea - Wrought-iron benches arrayed on a spacious flagstone terrace between this resorts pool and its sunning terraces welcome romantic couples for moonlit interludes-with-a-sea-view-The all-inclusive program includes room - tips - and taxes- all meals -buffet style- snacks- alcoholic and non-alcoholic house drinks- day and night animation program- non-motorized water sports- Also 3 a-la carte restaurants -reservation required- and 6 bars-For entertainment there are 3 free-form pools -one with a childrens section- and a Kids pool- Supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12 open from 0900 to 1700- Daily daytime program includes aerobics- beach volleyball- dance classes- and contests- Also 1 hour per client per day use of bikes and non-motorized water sports -snorkeling- kayaking- boogie boarding- and scuba-diving clinics at the pool- Also table games- table tennis on the beach- billiard- foosball tables and computers with dial-up access-surcharge- There are 3 cash bars including the one in the discotec-For night time there are several options- Daily live show by our animation team at a tiered-seating amphitheater- Calypso Disco is open from 2300 until 0300-entrance free- drinks are not included.
