Captain Oliver's is a waterfront resort that is located on the French/Dutch border on the island of St. Martin/St. Maarten and approximately 30 minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport. The specific location is Oyster Pond, which is a completely protected lagoon surrounded by hills. Dawn Beach is across the bay from Captain Oliver's. Free taxi-boat service to and from the beach is provided for hotel guests. The island of St. Martin/St. Maarten has 37 beaches and 12 casinos. Tropical forest canopy riding, jet skiing, wave running, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, sport fishing, kiteboarding, kayaking, golf, sky diving, and more are available nearby.
