inform us within 24 hours of booking your room(s) with us. We guarantee you
that we'll match it PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price. Please make
sure to fill out the form completely with information that is accurate and can
be verified.
We guarantee that you get the best rates on MyTourPal. To claim this
guarantee, you must send an email to our Travel Reservation Centre and include

The Best Rate Guarantee applies only if you find a lower rate for the same room
type (that must be available for booking), at the same hotel, on the same
dates, in the same currency, on another website selling hotel reservations.

The Best Rate Guarantee is for the Hot Rate!
Hotel base room rate only and does not include any taxes, tariffs or fees.

The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to discounted rates for senior citizens
(including AARP rates), travely industry rates (e.g. IATA), corporate
negotiated rates, Government/Military rates or AAA rates.

To receive your refund, email must reach us within 24 hours of making your
Hot Rate!
Hotel reservation with all necessary details as stated above.

The refund request must be submitted by the person who made the reservation.

If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified to our
satisfaction, we will match the rate PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in
price.

Payment of the difference in rates, cancellations and refunds are made subject
to these terms and conditions and will be credited to credit card used to
