Relax, Rejuvenate and Reconnect with Your Inner Self in Chiang Mai
The Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, Chiang Mai has launched "Reconnecting with Your Inner-Self" Wellness Retreat, designed to offer guests the chance to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect.
The retreat is a six-day/seven-night program that will incorporate one-to-one sessions, group workshops, tailored treatments, sinless spa cuisine, local cultural events and daily wellness activities (yoga, meditation, tai chi, mantra chanting and spiritual exercises). The program will be facilitated by Dr Petra Muller-Rupprecht.
