Michelin-Starred Chef Peugeot in Singapore!
Hilton Singapore has hired Michelin-Starred Chef Laurent Peugeot to prepare special lunches and dinners fusing French and Japanese flavours for the guests at the Harbour Grill & Oyster Bar. Chef Peugeot has won Best Young Chef award by Gault Millau, he is known for his bold combination of flavours that are second to none. Lunches are from SGD 65++, and dinners are from SGD 165++.
